SmartRetailer
SmartRetailer is the latest addition to our
range and compliments SmartCare and SmartAssist, our first two systems that are
widely used by Local Authorities and NHS Trusts across the
country.
SmartRetailer is designed specifically to support retailers and
to help them work more closely with professional bodies.
SmartCare is at the core of the ADL Smartcare suite of systems and has been
developed with healthcare professionals over the last eight years;
this system forms the foundations of both SmartAssist and
SmartRetailer.
SmartAssist is designed to allow users to carry out supported
self-assessments or mediated assessments for aids to daily living.
It is a knowledge-based system with thousands of hours of
experience and information contained in the heart of the SmartCare
foundations that support it.
SmartRetailer calls upon this same knowledge base to provide
person-specific solutions to everyday problems and then directs the
user to retailers who are able to provide the equipment that is
prescribed by the system, clients can then make informed purchases
either through online secure web portals to the retailer or by
reserving the product and collecting it from the retailers
premises.
SmartRetailer is linked in to SmartCare and SmartAssist, when
these systems are accessed by clients or healthcare professionals
the products that are presented to the client are specific to the
physical capabilities of the client and the environmental capacity
of their home or dwelling.
