Find my Council
If you are a member of public who would like to find out if your
Local Authority is providing one of our systems then please visit
our portal website for SmartAssist and SmartCare.
You can use the SmartAssist
Portal page to view a map of the UK with those Local
Authorities who have allowed a flag to represent the service they
are offering.
You can also use the search facility on the SmartAssist Portal
page to find your Local Authority by name and then see the
available systems provided by ADL Smartcare. If the Local Authority
does not provide the SmartAssist self assessment system or SmartCare mediated
clinics in your area, there is the opportunity to vote. We will
let the Local Authority know that local people would like to see
our services in their area.
